These kind of businesses are all fine and dandy in theory, but in reality you WILL be dealing with the business owner/his relatives about every little detail concerning their website and Facebook page. Even if you offer them for free.
You will be churning out your time and your nerves like there's no tomorrow. If you don't do as told, the project moves to the said relative. You can of course write a contract, but good luck getting small business owners to sign. For the most part, they are not as clueless about the internet as many here tend to think.
This is not to be negative, but to warn newbies that the reality usually is a bit different out there on the field than in online forums.
