Here’s my safe method:

  1. New profile must be 30+ days old
  2. At least 5 friends, 2 groups joined
  3. Profile picture + cover photo
  4. Log in using same IP as BM owner
  5. Add as Employee first, then Admin after 24h
This avoids sudden admin spikes that trigger Meta’s bot filters.

Nice one ya, i always invite back up acc as an admin immediately, some BM cannot survive as long as expected maybe due to that, i will try and announce back if it work.

How do you add as an Employee first if you are using an admin invite that was sent? Should the invite initially be for 'limited access' and not 'full access'? Is this what you mean?
 
For BM need to approve access from guest admin is there any way

Thanks for sharing. But in urgent cases, your profile is being warned that it needs to be added as an administrator immediately. What will you do?
