Steaming farm accounts

Currently I'm running an small streaming farm
But.
In future I'm willing to work with proxies but I'm confused if I need to register accounts with a specific proxy location or if I can use Indian accounts with US proxy addresses.
Can someone please clarify

No one will know, you need to test a few accounts with US proxies and wait to see. I wouldn't personally though as that seems like an obvious red flag

You can usually use a US proxy with accounts registered in other locations, but you may run into geo-restrictions or terms of service violations. It's best to check the policy of a specific service.
