Steam accounts automator

I am on the lookout for a steam accounts manager, similar to the ones available for social media. The only feature I only need is that it would automatically like a community post, and that's it. If you have ever heard of one, please let me know. Also can you recommend a bulk steam accounts creator, I will highly appreciate that.
