Stealth website clicker

Im not sure if this already exists but im looking for someone to make a little stealth program that can be installed on PCs that will generate hits that google will see.
Genuine traffic; it might stealthly direct IE (or appear to without the PC owner knowing) to a webpage with a link to my site giving the appearnce of genuine traffic

Basicaly without letting the PC owner know but every day they visit my site say 5 times or how ever many times is good for Google to see a visitor from the same IP.
The important thing here is the stealth part.
