hello sorry to be a noob but I have a few questions

1)do people sell stealth accounts for ebay UK that have moderate feedback 20+
2)do people sell verified stealth accounts for paypal UK
3)do people sell these with the 21 day seller payment holding scheme lifted?

People seem to sell anything and everything these day.
Just open a thread on WTB and list these kind of accounts.
You'll definitely find a couple of people who can provide them for you.

You can find them but it takes time and effort asking around.

2)do people sell verified stealth accounts for paypal UK

Yes, they sure do.

3)do people sell these with the 21 day seller payment holding scheme lifted?

Not regularly. That limit is for new accounts with little selling history. You would need to by an older account with
more history on the account to buy without that limit. Possible? Yes Easy? No

If you don't need too many, you'd be better off registering them yourself.
