There are many of them, depends on you what to choose.

As of proxies -- there are residential proxy (costly) and data proxy (cheaper). It depends, if you are planning to use many accs of just one.
Just make sure proxy is fresh and 'dedicated ipv4' one, not a 'shared' one. Http/https is better than SOCKS. Price per month usually starts at 2-3 usd and up.
