Hello. How you take money out from Stealth PayPal accounts?

Basically, for every single account, you need to add a new bank account to withdraw money. Where can I get banks for this purpose? Is there another solution?

Also, talking about the ban. How many ways to take money out after 180 days? Is there only one way to transfer money to the added bank at the beginning?

The money can be withdrawn after 180 days to a bank, or as a check to the physical mail address on the account. If everything was originally fake you'd have to add a functioning bank account or address to get the funds.

Yes, I know these. But if my account will get ban I cannot add a new bank account after 180 days. And I understand these virtual banks only for confirmation, i cannot send moneyt there.

I'd like to add a method of stealth company with 2checkout/bluesnap/FastSpring etc when you buy 'products' from your stealth PP accounts via a stealth company and withdraw money to your bank account/payoner/etc.

But if there was an added VBA account before the ban, I think that I cannot add a new bank account after 180 days ban.

Is it possible to withdraw money to VCC?

At least they used to work. Never heard that they are scam. It's not the most popular payment solutions nowadays but must be considered from the list as a reserve solution.
