Hi guys,
So after eBay and PayPal's permanent ban, I ran out of options and wondering about creating stealth accounts (ebay and paypal). I have a few questions:
1. Does Paysera care about mismatch names for the money coming from stealth PayPal not registered under my name?
2. What countries do you recommend me to create PayPal and eBay accounts? My concern is the mismatch thing and eBay managed payment.
3. If Paysera cares about mismatch names, what bank do you recommend me please? Something with visa cards other than Revolut because I don't live in Europe.
