how much would it cost to provide photo iD, Bank account statment, and confirm location. how much would it cost to do those three things? its a US paypal that already has a VBA on it.

i think photo id and proof of adress count as one though? isnt the adress seen on the card with photo id? thanks

i cant pm back.

You will need a Bank Account Statement, Photo ID and Utility Bill to confirm the address.
At around $30 a document (going rate) that comes out to $90

I think he was talking about stealth accounts and the documents would need to be made and
faked. It would be free if he could upload his real documents

yes precisely. thing is they asked my for SSN but they said if i can provide the other documents they can forgo the SSN. i dont want to risk loosing 90$ for nothing, can i pay after its unlimmited?

my own supplier charge me 40$ for each docs , dont know about another , just pay for ID and bank statement , download utility bill on google and edit by yourself

You can do it yourself if you are good with Photoshop or visit BST section. Some trusted sellers provide paypal solution in that section.
