Stealth Paypal Limited due to reaching Receiving Limit

Hi,

My stealth account I created has received the EU receiving limit, and needs "more information" to verify who I am before I can use it again.

I can send refunds, and receive money so the eBay is still selling, but I cannot withdraw money, etc.

Reading the forum has recommended I go to SecondEye, however his website is unavailable today.

Does anyone else offer a similar service?
