Stealth PayPal cash removal?

So if there was money in a stealth PayPal account that for privacy reasons you didn't want to be linked to your bank account, here is one way I have thought of to bypass this.

1. Find item on a retailers website (that accepts paypal) that is in high demand on any ebay.
2. List the time from a sellers website on ebay, undercut 10%~20%.
3. If this item on ebay gets purchased get buyer to transfer money into your bank-account linked paypal
4. Use money from stealth PayPal account to purchase from retailer and set the postage address to the buyer from ebay.

In this method is the PayPal money untraceable?

LOL That's called Money Laundering.

If you have a legit paypal and ebay account. Go on that ebay account, list a set of 22" rims that you found on google images for how ever much yoy want to transfer. Sign out, sign into stealth account and buy it now, the rims from your legit account. Done.
