First id like to say i know there is a million other threads like this but I would rather start my own for the most up to date information

If anyone has real stealth paypal accounts for sale please let me know in a pm!

Stealth Paypal acount is an account which is made with another persons details and has no connection to you at all.It is used to rescue money from a limited Paypal account or it can be used to create a new Ebay account if you got limited previously.

Go to buyvcc.com and buy a Basic Paypal package they are reliable and Tim the manager is also a member of BHW.

So if you have money stuck in an account that is limited you get a stealth account

If an account is limited you cannot get the money out period. Limited means you do not have access to the money at all for at least 180 days from limitation date.
