Hi

I'm ordering a fake PayPal acc and I have a choice to get one from either Singapore / UK / Canada

Does anyone know which country would be the best to choose? Or are they all the same? Does some of these countires have specific restrictions on sending / receiving / withdraw?

Thanks in advance

Pls let me know the cons / pros of each country if there are any..

PayPal loves limiting accounts and asking for all kinds of docs. PayPal sucks.

I sense a banhammer coming on Lulzsec. BTW you should just get a VPS along with a verified Paypal.

Would be grateful if you could elaborate on your statement. Im confused, VBA, VCC, VPS. What is suitable for the UK that will not get the paypal account limited ? Your reply appreciated..
