Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer - Not working anymore?

Hi guys,

I have done very little keyword research the last few months and so have not felt the need to use SKCA very often, i recently started attempting to use it again, and after an update, the program seems to not be working anymore. I was just wondering if anyone is have a similar problem?

The main problems that i am getting are:

- The "Comp. Pages" tab does not show any results, instead the column is filled with "Off" - Have i somehow turned this off by accident?

- The second, more worrying problem, is that the software seems to stop collecting data after around 10-15 results. The first 10-15 results will be fine (Apart from the "Comp. Pages" column), but after these initial results the software does not return any further data. It continues to run the campaign, as the loading bar at the bottom of the software continues to move along. But no further results are returned. This is a real issue for me seen as i could be researching 200 different keywords at a time, but only get analysis of the first 10-15.

I would really appreciate any help if any of you have had a similar problem.

Did you purchase it, and have it updated to the latest version?

If so, why not just open a support ticket from their website instead? http://www.stealthhelp.net/ ..

yes i purchased it and it had been updated. I will send them a support ticket now, i dont know why i didnt think of that, i feel stupid now :slaphappy
