I have tried some websites, but they are providing fake addresses and SSN, which does not work for me

If you know someone that can get you real government passport with fake info than the same person would be able to help you with appropriate legend for your fake identity.

I will try this. At the moment I tried https://www.ssn-verify.com/ + any address based on SSN location. What do you think about this?

You want to get real US passport with fake information in it. Your main goal should be to find someone that can has access to create them. It would have to be someone that works for US government office that issues passports and that can enter all of your fake information to create a new passport. If you find someone with such access they would know all the information that they would need to create you a fake passport.
