Hi guys,
I need to create a new paypal and ebay account, but not have them linked to my old paypal and ebay account. I won't be doing anything sketchy on the new accounts, so I'm fine dropping some coin and time to create legit stealth accounts. I'm also not worried about my real info being on business registration documents - I won't be trying to duck out of paying any negative paypal balances or ebay fees, I just don't want the accounts linkable by ebay/paypal systems due to previous issues with my first account. I'm not totally banned (selling is restricted, email did not say prohibited from using ebay at all) but I don't want to risk making a new account with too similar of info, then having that one go offline 6 months down the road. Also I'll be filing and paying taxes on the new account, so using fake info really isn't an option.
I think I have everything set up, but want to make sure I haven't left anything out.
-Register an LLC (in my name, using PO box for registration)
-Open business bank account.
-Open business credit card
-New shipping address (a friends apartment, can get bills sent there for a month if need be)
-Switch to a new internet service (so that my IP's are sufficiently different)
-Wipe my computer of all info showing I've previously logged in.
-Sign up for new paypal account using all my new info, biz tax ID number, **will they ask me for driver's license still? and if so, how do I get around this?**
-Sign up for new ebay account using new info **same question on driver's license.. I will probably be selling $5k per month and will try to get TRS
-Make sure I never log in to my old accounts on my new computer / new IP address
