stealth acct issue

hi im trying to set up a stealth ebay/paypal and im having a few issues im hoping to get help with
i tried linking a bank account, but it told me i am unable to link a bank account at this time
im using an amex serve card as my vba, i dont know if this bank is banned from use on pp
i also used a fictitious name for my pp, i read that the name on your pp must match the name on your bank account, others have said
the address must match, is this true?
for my vcc im going to use a mc vanilla gift card, ive seen some people say great things about this card for use as a vcc

I have had no issues with Amex., but YMMV

No. Paypal can not see the bank account holder information.

Vanilla is fine. Just make sure you go to their website and enter the zip code before you link it though.

do you have any ideas as to why i was unable to link that amex bank acct? i attempted linking it immediately after creating the paypal

could be one of multiple reasons; I wouldn't worry about it, just use something else and move on
