Is there any alternative to creating a new bank account to connect to paypal for a new stealth account? I already have two of my bank accounts under banned accounts and I am not looking to create a third one just for ebay. Any help would be appreciated!

You can add a virtual card instead and withdraw money to it, I use entropay for this kind of stuff.

Tbh bank account creation is the most effective imo

Prepaid cards are another option, but that is pretty much your other alternative.
