Thats exectly why i won't list my websites on flippa anymore.Only FE.
I sold there one website which had already 14k and 3 more days to go.It was hot since i found a custome solution for an item which was high demand at that exectly time.The issue is i didnt painted in one screenshot the URL of the solution out and 3 days before the auction ended (14 days in total) there popped out the first WSO with my exect solution as the new hidden ranking weapon ..... 3 diffrent ebooks in total pricing from $20-45 per copy.
It got sold everywhere.Of course the buyers revoked their bids and an investment and my personal time went downhill.
I hate these fuckers asking sneaky questions without even being interrested in buying your website but just to find your solution and make a quick buck.

@Shree talks about using flippa to find niches in his Udemy course, which by the way is an amazing resource for anyone getting started with niche sites. You guys might want to look at that as well.

a few years ago i used SEO Content machine to scrape articles, worked very well for me you should give it a try.

I stole a few site ideas from flippa a while back. Instead of buying I replicated the sites. Made a bit of money so a win win for me.
