Stealing Facebook Fans

I am so much hungry of facebook crowd.
Please tellme how do I attract people from x' page
they are not related to my niche

but they are indians and I need Indian crowd for my online breakthrough

Have been unsuccessfully trying things on fb and getting banned.

But now I seriously like to work and pull traffic from fb page with 9,00,000 above likes

I can not do any thing directly to the target fb page.
from or for my whitehat venture.

as it is spot free. I can create a dummy site for the same purpose. please guide me.

Maybe contact the owner of the page by posting either on a status update or on the wall of the page. Then ask him to post a status update on his page for you. This only works if his page still has publishing rights though.

1) how do i find page owner
2) how do we know whether he still ahve publishing right
and Main page which i want to target they will not do it
