I have a low budget to test my products and campaigns on Facebook ads for clickbank offers, but I saw some ads on some spy sites that are running for 30-60 days, do you think it's worth copying the same ads and running?

if you are both have the same type of audience and small amount to reach, it will increase the price eventually, but if the market size is big, then you should try doing it. and just remind that with different time, trust aithority it can affect the effectiveness of your ads

You can make a split test to see which one performs better: Yours or theirs. Doing this can save you a lot of money in the long run.

if you target the same audience the same geographical location, this will increase the prices, you can target the less used locations, such as the right column, the stories, the Reels format, also see other advertising platform,
or find another audience and another geographical location
