stealing facebook ad creatives, anyone ever got in trouble for that?

regardless, i'm thinking about taking the same concept and making my own original creatives that i can use so i can avoid problems

i want to hit at least $10k profit first

there is a chance that my original creatives may not be able to compete with these stolen creatives. if that's the case i would need to continue using the stolen creatives to make money
