Stealing Custom Bot

Hi,

I am in quite the predicament. I have a method of generating a small amount of money but constantly per hour. The more hours I put into it, the more I make.

I was thinking of expanding and having this done automated by a custom bot. My concern is the method will need to be given to a freelancer / developer to make the bot but who can then abuse it later and get my method closed.

I do not know how to code for the life of me and the bot will be slightly complicated with multi threads, proxies and email login / confirmations.

Any advice what I can do or any thoughts if you faced this situation?

Use an automation tool such as Ubot, ZennoPoster or BrowserAutomationStudio (not sure BAS has threading/proxy/email functionality as I haven't used it personally and can't remember what all I've read about it) unless you want to spend a LOT of time learning to code in either Python or C# or some other language. It will cost a bit of money up front but will save you a ton of time, unless you plan on becoming a developer.

You outsource the project to different freelancer and in the end you but them all together.

This means you should split the project in little understandable blocks, like every project

And if there is no use of the tools the @X give it to you, the hiring developer option will cost you bunch of money

There are multiple tools help you build bots without coding skill, just drag and drop, click button
Also, you can hire multiple freelancer/coders with the code a separate part of your project. Then put them all together.
perhaps you can learn to code, coding is getting easier due to framework

lol i think my time of becoming a developer has passed. I will look into your automation tools suggestions and see if I can do the main part myself and then split / outsource the rest to someone far far away who won't be able to put two and two together. Thank you @X for the reply.

Since you do not want to expose your method to a freelancer/developer your only way out is you code the bot yourself.. I would advise you to use python + selenium.

if its private method then you should hire a coder that your really trust look for someone of your friends or family to work with
or learn python and just copy paste error to stackoverflow till you get it done

get some one from fiverr let him/her make 50% of the script/bot and get another someone and let him/het make the other 50% and don't tell them your making money

Others have given you good advice to split the work up and don't tell them you are making money. BHW might not be a good source to find your programmer because they will likely understand the objective.

Another tip if possible, can you have it developed for a different target that behaves in the same way? For example, commission a bot that runs with multi threads, proxies and does email login / confirmations for a DECOY SITE and make up a decoy reason when talking to the coder as to why you are developing this. That will give you a framework which hopefully you can then pull in someone else (that you trust or know has zero interest in IM) to do a quicker project to tweak that code for your real needs. Bottom line is you are correct that it isn't an easy problem if you can't code it or have someone you trust to code it.
