Staying legal with services

I have seen a lot of people selling services like FB accounts or Instagram accounts. Is there any danger of facing legal action from these companies as these sellers are spamming those platforms ? Has anyone got legal notice for such activity in past here ?

No. I think FB only goes after you if you are selling services on a mass scale.

You have risk to get your PayPal closed also .

As far as working on social accounts, the sellers already here know there doesn't seem to be any issue in law at the moment to worry about,
if anyone does have any evidence, that laws are due to change, please inform us so we can all stay up to date,

Our governments are telling us we should embrace new technology, work with new AI's & platforms,
and shit,
So thats what we might be doing with these social media accounts, if anyone comes knocking.

If there is a problem consult your local MP who will represent you to the government, that your a small entrepreneur,
trying to build your business, by marketing on the platforms facebook, twitter, and instagram etc,
and then consult a lawyer about victory.

Worst case though, which won't ever happen.

Because cyber security only uses ip and other software tools to track its source

You mean someone buys an account from me and misuses then I will be punished as account was created on my IP.

Yes, you can face legal action if you break a companies tos. In the majority of cases it is unlikely but always possible. ToS are essentially a contract so you could face action if you break the agreement.
