STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

my account was set up within a few days but after that, what a friggin joke
lost support tickets

many many emails bounced back to me, underlivered

emails not responded to and just simply avoided

the only time I really got a response back was when I tried cancelling and getting a refund from Paypal, they offered me $25? What a joke, I haven't been able to send any emails, because all my test emails went to spam box, and emailed them with multiple support tickets which never got responded to.
They have totally avoided me and now they offer me less then half of my money back?

STAY AWAY!!!! RUN!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!!!!

I haven't used this service but I doubt its a scam. I think its just the perils of trying to offer bulk mail to a group of individuals who may abuse it, after all, if its bulk mail many figure its for abuse.

Bottom line is if a bunch of people start mailing and it generates massive complaints, somebody somewhere up the line is pulling the plug no matter what type of setup you have.

Thats just a guess though, I am sure Welshman will have a response for you.

I can vouch for welshmans servers. Ive never had a problem with his servers and at first I was mostly spam boxing but now im hitting inbox quite often.

OP, did you try reading the sales thread here in BHW. Welshman's servers were going thru some spam problem from spamhaus or something i dont remember exactly.

Long time user of Welshmans services I cant complain his services work for me.
I get good results and for the price it works for me; choice is a wonderful thing if you dont like it dont use it.

I've not had bad service from welshman. He refunded me same day. I'm not sure why so many others are complaining. If anyone needs proof just pm me your email and I will send screenshots.

If you went to the bank directly and filed a chargeback, you could have got your money back. But now, if you fail in the Paypal dispute, and then file a chargeback, Paypal will stand against you thinking that its you playing to get your money back by any means after getting your product.

I can vouch this rule by paypal. I have read it somewhere in the Paypal's site, and I have won a dispute in the similar way.

Not hard at all, banks hate paypal. And Visa, Mastercard etc. don't tolerate any bank making chargebacks hard on clients. I never bother with disputes with paypal, just call my bank and tell them to cancel.

But keep in mind what extremephp said. In some countries PP is allowed to run amok and can drop you just like that, even though it is perfectly legal to get your money through a chargeback.

I blame Welshman if he totally avoids your tickets and emails, and I gave him days in between and have been in contact with him for almost 2 years, I still got screwed.

and ya paypal sucks too

Welshman hasnt refunded me.. he is contesting my Paypal dispute..
It is a definite scam.. Need complete refund from him..
COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
I have emailed him many times and worse my account was suspended..
No answers and he is not giving me refund..
