The only ones that I deem reputables are the direct advertisers that we can work with. Example, Getresponse, Amazon, ebay, aliexpress, betfair,etc. Networks are just scambags. Their logic is simple when it comes to scamming advertisers. Not our issue, we cannot monitor nor control advertiser.Bloody piece of useless junks. And what is their purpose in this case to get a share of our hard earned money (if we are using paid ads), nothing!! And they get a share of your profits. Adcombo pay per call model is really questionable as there is a total lack of transparency. Advertisers can just claim that the order has been cancelled anytime. They might as well setup a real pay per call model whereby we are paid the moment the calls exceed 3min and potential buyer has click on 1 or 2 to confirm that they are interested.

We have done a thorough investigation of your case and forced the advertiser to clarify the situation and send us the records of that phone call.
We've listened to that record and it is clear that the call centre representative didn't aggressively sell the product. The manager only advised in a professional manner that it was better to buy more packages of a product, though it was clear that the manager did all that he/she can to sell at least one package and bring you the lead. If you would like we can provide you with the scripts of that call, to make you sure that everything was done in the favour of a webmaster.

Sure, I dont really know how you checked the conversation, as it was on roumanian language, but yes, send me please the call record :) I also want to check if the phone number and the name are matching

One of our Affiliate Managers speaks Romanian and it was not a problem for him to listen to the call.

The call record will be sent over to you by your manager Nastya :)

I just got the call record conversation and I really have to disagree with you, Anastasia, let me transcript&translate the conversation.

The offer landing (NOT prelanding) clearly says 5cm in 4 weeks:

Call Center: For what do you need the gel? For extra cm, erection, or both?
Customer: Both
Call Center: For length, how many cm do you want? 3-4-5-6?
Customer: 5cm
Call Center: For 5cm you have to buy 4 tubes for 40 days starting from 379lei (almost $100)
(now the girl is explaining to him how to use it on a very erotic way - I like this part :D )
Customer: I can't afford this, it's too expensive.
Call Center: In case you only want 2cm, we have 2 tubes for 20 days at 279 lei (around $70)
Customer: But on the website it says 159 lei ($40) for 5cm

Firstly, divulging the information of a phone call is inappropriate in terms of the partnership, don't you agree with it?

Secondly, this upsell was of a recommendatory nature, the order was confirmed and approved. One package was sold, the call centre did it professionally.

Thirdly, the status of the majority of your rejected leads is "didn't order", missed calls or wrong numbers. So, we can conclude that all the cancellations are determined by the low quality of leads.

Finally, you are paid for the approved lead, not for the physical sale. We pay for leads, it is our main condition. Those who would like to work for sales - please, welcome to the network which pays for sales. We pay for leads :)

I didnt broke any rule, as I did not posted any personal information (name, address, phone number), just the transcript.

I just know how it works in Russia. Lots of advertisers there are hardcore upsellers with some inadequate scripts. There is just no any chance to purchase one piece of a product when you are called by a russian call-center.They do it just too much agressive, and that's a sad thing about CPA in Russia, cause average approval rates on COD offers there are getting lower and lower.

Anyway, this time script, you've shown is soft indeed. They always try to upsell the product, everybody is doing it like this. This script is more than OK in comparison with other advertisers.
