    Hello guys,

Long time I didn't post anything, and unfortunately this time, it's not something good.

To keep things short, stay away from smartseohosting. The prices may seem good, and it's easier to install all of your sites on one hosting that offers various IPs but the mofo that runs the service is a crook.

    Here's why:

Against my better knowledge, I got lazy (yes, extremely lazy) and I decided that I should get some of my adult PBN on smartseohosting.

All fine and well but then the problems started showing: couldn't access cpanel directly aka site.com/cpanel, SSL security certificate didn't work and f*cked up my sites.

So, contacted support, they said "you can understand that we have security measures and we can't lower them for you". All fine and good, I got past that.

    BUT THEN THE DISASTER HAPPENED!

I purchased PBN pro to post on the PBN. When I did, the sites gave "bandwidth exceeded" "request time out" and stuff like that.

Contacted support to fix it, said I need about 20 simultaneous connections and then they blocked all of my accounts! So, can't access cpanel, can't back up my sites, can't do anything.

Long story short, after one weeek of back and forth tickets, because "DDoS attack" and "resource abuse" on their services, they said that my account is suspended indefinitely.

Told them I'm going to sue them if I can't get access to cpanel to back up my sites and they said that they will offer access when I get a court order. The mofos with their freaking nerve.

Anyway, I'm serious about getting the mofos into a lawsuit and get all my data, but meanwhile, I need to rescue what I can of my sites through google cache....

    Conclusion?

Well, you can learn a lot of things:

1: Don't put all of your eggs in one basket - use $1 hosting even if it takes forever to create separate accounts
2: Always make sure that once the site is live you back it up locally
3: Read reviews before using a service - only now I saw that smartseohosting has some bad reviews here.

That's pretty much it. Good thing I only had 20 sites and not all of 200 of them hehe :D

    Cheers,
    Ov

Can you post any proof of your communication, i trust you, but to distrust a firm some proofs are needed.
