If you're accepting cryptocurrency, you have probably heard of Coingate.com. We have been using them for several years now, along with other cryptocurrency payment gateways. I'm here to warn everyone that they delay payments without providing any valid reasons.
As we speak, they're currently holding around 6000 euros and growing (after they've taken their commission). Jurgita, one of their representatives, says that they are having "issues with their bank", which I do not believe because of one our other projects (registered in the same bank in the same country) receives payouts immediately, where the earnings are significantly smaller.
I'm suspecting that they have issues with payouts, because they're 1) under investigation, 2) they simply do not have the funds to payout huge amounts immediately. This makes sense because the delays are increasing.
I'm missing transparency with Coingate.
If you're using Coingate.com, please share thoughts about them, so we can see if anyone else is having the same issue.
