I have been using these guys for VPS for a few months now and everything was going great until about two weeks ago. I started having problems with the two VPS I was renting. I opened multiple tickets with support and they always seemed pretty helpful but in the end were not able to resolve my problems. One of my main issues with them is directly on their homepage they say 24/7 support. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!!! While support was helpful they were extremely hard to get a hold of and took their sweet time in responding to my tickets. Eventually I got fed up with it and asked to cancel my subscriptions with them. Even though I had paid for both servers for the month and still have about two weeks worth of time paid they immediately shut them down. This caused me to lose a very large amount of work and of course they are essentially stealing 1/2 months worth of money. STAY AWAY from these guys at all costs, they don't give a shit about their customers and only want to make more money. I'm so damn sick and tired of shitty VPS companies, if anyone can recommend one that has reliable service and support I am all ears!
