status sharing?

Is there a status sharing network / site around anywhere? I have 1000 fans and 300 friends that i share my blog posts to, but the fans are mostly fake so pretty pointless? my friends are so used to seeing the updates that they dont take any notice of them. Is there a system where you can share other peoples links and in return they share yours so you are getting fresh views? if not then could someone please set up share my status dot com??! thanx
