Status PENDINGDELETE Help Needed

I need to register the domain and the detail is mention below i need to know that when it will available for registration and then i can register it easily as we do any new domain or i have to back-order it and then register it ? Please help me out in this issue its very urgent.

The domain goes through a 6 day deletion process after the last updated date which is Jan 6. So it should be available to register Jan 12th or soon after.

If you are worried that someone would take it, I would recommend bidding/back ordering it on SnapNames.
