Status of Profile Backlinks in Google

In Google updates profiles back link are worthless. According to my own experience as SEO analyst this method is now out of date and use less for getting rank in Google. Even if you make profile back links in bulk on high PR sites you will not get any indexing in Google after couple of months. So its useless

A year ago I had a trick that got 90% of my profle backlinks indexed, but that's long gone.

Profile backlinks where you can add a good amount of content, so it ends up being like a contextual link, are still good though.

well if you only building profile backlinks to increase serp then it is useless, but if you building other type of backlinks like web 2.0, article, press release, social signals then overally it gives good link juice.

I would say profile back links are not dead. Just have them as one of your link building methods. [Use them to get back links from diversified platforms]. Make sure you use them in right proportions.

there was a method shared here to up the PR of your profile backlinks, it works and it's not dead.

Yes i am building Vblogs profile backlinks who able you to post blogposts with ******** incontent link. This is ok right?

if you add some content to it,then it will get indexed soon.Just profile with backlink in it wont work or indexed faster.
