Stats not updating at all

Hello

Iw been doing zip submit with CO*PEAC and got 77 clickthru but not a single conversion it says...

And even my m8t signed trough my link

offer is konn*ects.com only1 for international offers =/

only says that you need name and email, doesnt seem even have confirmation email =/

and been like this for over week
