Static Word ads vs Responsive

I'm split testing the two types of ads. If anyone has anything to share about them feel free

ATM I'm having this problem;

I'm using a certain group of keywords for the static ads and it works, but for the responsive ads the same group of keywords tells me not enough traffic and it won't let me launch it.

Any ideas why? I played around with the bid limit, even took it off and it didn't make a difference...

Usually google favors one campaign over another when you're advertising the same website.

So if I pause the one I have up now the other one will be able to run with the same keywords?

nvm I just ran the ads without fixing the issue. I even knew I could do that lol.
