Static Web to WordPress

Hi, I have three old static web sites that I want to bring back again. These web sites gave me good money mainly using Adsense, but after Penguin and Panda I lost most of the traffic. Now I'm thinking to convert all the pages to Wordpress and start writing articles again. Of course, using SEO so I can rank them again as I did many years ago.

My question is, how would you convert these static web sites to Wordpress in a quick and efficient way? I've already tried a few plugins but it didn't work. Doing it manually can take a lot of time and work, but so far it's the only way I think it can be done. Have you ever been in this situation? Any ideas?

there new rules , your main account needs to verify each website the code go on .

it not like old days just add code to any website anywere ok .

and adsence only show users what they search for from there own cookies , so what ever on your website will not relate to users ads adsence shows , new way.

give you a example .

say you done a lovly website on cooking , but the ppl you send to the website are into cooking but there browsing fishing , adsence will show fishing adverts , as you can see the new change ....

I forgot to mention that there is another possibility, but I'm not sure if it's a good one. It would be hiring a Web design company to do the conversion from static to WordPress. However, I don't have any idea if this is the best approach, if it's too expensive and how these companies work.

As I said, hiring someone to do it for me. Otherwise I would have to do it page by page, and it could take me months.
