Static Site into Wordpress Needed

Hi,

I need one of my sites (5 year old, html) to be converted into wordpress

As far as design: very similar to the actual site.

Once designed and coded in wordpress, I would want you to access my server and do all the 301 redirects, manage all urls to be pointing to the newly created urls

I am looking for a turnkey solution. One individual or company that can handle it all.

With all due respect, this is my server, my site and my livelihood. I would only deal with an American based individual or company that I can spend time on the phone and go over details.
