Does anyone know where I could find/buy or know how to create an always working static proxy which can be plugged into an internet browser (like shown here - http://www.ntu.edu.sg/CITS/Getting+Help/Get+Me+Connected/Web+Browser+Settings.htm)?

I can't find anywhere that sells one with unlimited sockets allowed. Any help at all is appreciated.

Thanks art, but brank's right. I need a proxy that people can plug in to their browsers.

Ooops! You need a proxy to be addressed via IP:port.

    Sorry for not proper reply.

    I hope you've solved with brank20's assistance.
