Is it harder to rank because you can't regulary add more content? I was thinking to add a blog section so I can add more content, what do you think?

Fresh content doesn't make any difference to rankings, in my experience. A bunch of one-page landing pages I have haven't been changed in 12+ months, and their (top 3) rankings have been steady through every update.

If it's landing pages and single keywords only then it makes little difference. Obviously if you want silo sites, building authorities etc...

Doesn't really makes any difference! Make your content unique and you should rank it the same like a dinamic websites.

yes, there is absolutely no difference nowadays, in the past static pages were even easier to rank than dynamic ones

no difference at all, these days you can rank every shit with the correct link building strategy

I believe that fresh content does make a difference for specific keywords. You can figure out if a keyword is considered as such, by checking if there are a number of results that show dates in the SERPs.
