Static Dedicated VPN for Instagram?

How safe is using a static (non-rotating) dedicated VPN on your smartphone to control just one account on Instagram? Is it just as safe as using a residential proxy on Jarvee to run 1 account? Provided that both have the same action settings.

VPN's IP are quite safe because they are not "abused" for automation.

However, I don't think you will need a proxy/VPN on your phone unless you live in a country where social media is restricted.

Otherwise, you should use your account without any VPN/proxy setup.
