That depends on what you mean by marketing tasks. That term is vague, you might as well ask "how to automate my stuff" instead. Do you mean automate web2.0 posting? Do you mean automate social network content? Do you want to automate some PPC tasks? Do you want to automate press releases?

Outsourcing might consists of - email marketing, designing wallpapers and sharing on social media, writing blogs and sharing on various websites and so on. Initially, you need some time to set up few guidelines and you are done.

Outsourcing and automating are two completely different things. Outsourcing your marketing would you be hiring people(s) to do the work you need done. Automating would be hiring someone to make something that will do the work, but my point was theres nothing you can do to automate the entire marketing process for a start up. Sure, you could do certain aspects, but assuming I interpreted your question correctly, what you're asking for isn't possible.
