I just got approved for my first campaign with CJ's PayPerCall section! I have some plans involving some offline marketing, but maybe one of you guys can clear one thing up for me:
It gives me a link AND a phone number. Does the lead have to call AND follow the link or is it just one or the other? It is kind of vague as far as what to do there.

I've got a few methods in mind, but I'm curious if any of you guys have tried bandit signs, flyers/cards, or perhaps even "on-car" advertising...

I'll keep everybody up to date on progress...

So far, nothing at all is happening, but all I've done is post one ad on a classifieds site. The ad only has 8 views, so it isn't too surprising that there are no calls or conversions yet. I am going to expand to a few more sources; probably print classified ads first because they are cheap and I think the fact that it is in the paper will lend a bit of credibility to it. The specific program I am approved for would probably work best on a weekend.

I'm interested to see how this pans out. Good luck.

It's pay per call. So you need to get phone calls for the product you are promoting. Also read up on the offer, normally there will be a # of seconds on the line the lead has to stay on for, like 60 or 90 seconds.

Yeah I know the basic idea behind pay per call :) Still working on how I am going to promote this.

Well, good luck and keep us posted we want to read about your success!

Hopefully their call tracking is better than their normal tracking system. Don't be surprised if it's IVR + 120 seconds for a smaller payout.
What product are you promoting?
