Starting with media buying

Hi, I'm starting my first tests in media buying.
For start I chose Cpa offers from Crakrevenue and trafficjunk as traffic source.
For testing I want to spend ~ 500 $
First ads I want to throw before the weekend.
I am looking for a person who is familiar with the subject and will share the knowledge if I encounter a problem that I will not be able to jump over (I'm a beginner)
Loose suggestions for start also suggested

1) I would suggest to not start just from 1 network...
You can split your budged beetwen TrafficJunky and ExoClick (but min deposit is 500$)

2) If you will use smartlink from CrackRevenue, you need to keep in deep touch with your AM about prelanders and offer url's to make the best hormonized flow for higher CR%

3) If you will use any offer, I suggest you to split test offers in one vertical for one GEO

4) Also you need understand difference between CPA (SOI, DOI) and CPS offers

5) Start max from Tier2 geo's or even Tier3. Do not start from Tier1 (USA, Canada, Australia etc)

6) Make sure you made correctly tracking

7) Focus... Don't trow away your campaing if you started not profitable... It will be very good if you will start from ROI -50%. It meens that offer convert and you need just to make right optimization for your campaigns.
