starting with expired domains?

what if you started with expired domains that were already getting daily traffic and just built upon the type of traffic they were getting b4 you snagged it. Wouldn't that be working smart not hard?...I'm so green to the site flipping business it's not even funny! But i wanna start soon. btw how would (motorolaetna) and (bzyr) fair if i just put them on flippa as is?

Absolutely that is a great idea.

I have no clue how much traffic your two sites are getting..or if they're making any money from adsense or whatever. You'd probably have to post some more stats for us to make any guesses.

Oh no those two sites are ones that i already have in my possession. but i kind of thought of this idea today while i was at work. I would think that more people would try this. What about redirecting some of the traffic to clickbank hop pages? Some of the domains i'm finding have over 1000 page views a day! Anyone care to point out any flaws in my theory.
