Hello,

For a website I currently don't use backlinks yet. What's the best way/place to get this started? Furthermore, how many do I need to get starting traffic? The niche is jewellery.

is it a competitive keyword? i think its best to use high authority links.

Yeah it is.. What's the best tool/website to get insights in keywords and their rankinks etc?

Start with social media, bookmarking, and comments. Then try guest posts. If you want to get penalty from Google buy pbn. You will rank fast but this is not long term method.
