Hi everybody, I'm planning to start a small consulting company/team and i would like to understand if there are professionals that would like to cooperate, speaking about me i have 15 experience in ad campaigns mostly video and press as producer and i'm MBA in one of the top 10 business school....what i saw in my experience is that there are two business models around:
1) AD company that charges u several thousands of dollars for creativity, but with not a good analysis of the business and of the scenario
2) consulting companies that charge you even more for analysis and probably telling you the same things u know about your company but with nice words and astonishing graphs
So at the end as costumer u will pay a huge amount of money to implement the 2 things and most of all what u pay is only the brand for example Saatchi or BCG
What i would like to offer is a service that covers all aspects at a competitive price... i already have art directors and copywriters from best agencies that can cooperate and other mba that can too...in this way we can offer a great and cheap service...we miss the tech part ranging from websites programming and high level techniques of online marketing (as for now we only focus on keywords analysis, backlinking and other easy stuff)
