Well, long story short. Im starting two new businesses and i need strategy for both of them. Help me figure out, what is good approach.

1. Business - we develop a product and we need to promote this. Its unique, different, emotional purchase for sure and motivational gift item. Im also planning on selling this through Etsy to reach wider audience.
But regarding SEO. The page itself would be simple onpager with information about the product and purchase links for Etsy store. SEO wise - what to do with the page? I target whole world with this.

2. Business - e-commerce. Automotive parts. Page is being built to Prestashop due to technical needs related to some extra programs and catalogues that we need to use. But SEO wise, what is the correct approach here to find my place in the search results. Targeting Estonian market first. I plan to utilize blog also on the page.

Im doing SEO partly for my projects myself, partly buying services from companies and depending on situations fluctuate between them and me. But with those 2 new projects for 2026 - i want better strategy.

"whole world" - Start with one country/location, coz of many reasons - language, budget, PR sites etc.

Writing blogs for both - highly recommended.

Focus first on clear product pages and buyer keywords, then grow with content and links over time.

The first business, you keep the page very clean and focused. Explain the product story, emotions, and use clear keywords people might search for gifts. Use basic on-page SEO, fast loading, and strong content. Let Etsy handle most sales traffic while your site builds brand trust. And the second business, focus on strong technical SEO from day one. Build clean category pages, optimize product titles in Estonian, and use a blog to target local search questions. Start small, build authority slowly, and add links only after the site structure is solid.

For the unique product site, build a content rich hub with emotional, gift-focused blog posts that rank globally and drive qualified traffic to your Etsy store. And for the Estonian auto parts shop, dominate the local market with hyper-local keywords, detailed product pages, and a practical blog focused on repair guides and local car maintenance.

1. Create a landing page that serves as a launchpad for Etsy sales. Keep things clear & simple. Don't make it look like a blog post or an emotional story. Keep the CTA button above the fold. For SEO, cover basic keywords and write proper product description.

2. Make a local site with proper NAP details. Focus on local SEO and try to rank within Estonian market. You can invade other territories later. Adding a blog definitely helps as you can have more exposure and reach more users.

I'll give you a great strategy.

Upload and market your content everyday. Much easier said than done.

For both, start simple and build trust first.

1) Product + Etsy:
Treat your site as a brand + story hub, not a heavy SEO project. Focus on one strong page, clear messaging, emotional keywords, FAQs, and internal links to Etsy. Use content like “how it’s made” or “gift ideas” to support visibility. Etsy will do most of the marketplace SEO early on.

2) Automotive e-commerce:
Here SEO matters more. Build clean category pages, optimize product pages for long-tail queries, and use the blog to answer local search intent (compatibility, guides, problems). Start with Estonian keywords, then expand once authority grows.

In both cases: solid structure first, then content, then links. Strategy before scaling saves a lot of effort later.

Use SEO only for brand + emotional long-tail keywords; don’t chase big gift terms.
One strong storytelling page → send buyers to Etsy (main sales channel).

SEO is core: strong category structure, Estonian language, long-tail part + car model searches.
Blog supports buying decisions and links to categories; build local authority.
