Hi there, I've been selling social media services on fiverr for a long time. I can rank any keyword on fiverr search result, Please dont ask for the method cause i cant reveal it.
Day by day fiverr is getting hard to sell those kind of stuffs, if i look into similar niche, all i see is logo design and seo.
I have zero knowledge about photoshop, so i really do want to skip the logo part. I'm more interested on doing seo, over the last 1 year I have read endless number of thread based on seo on bhw and other forums. I do have a feel, seo is something i would really love to do.
I've spent countless hour watching seo video tutorial, I am very much interested on learning seo so i can offer backlinks on fiverr and i believe i will be able to make thousands just like i do by selling social media services over there.
I don't know if i'm wrong. My question as far i know about seo, for building backlinks their are 3 type of way, Tier 1,2 and last 3. I want to know the role of them and how it's working as of 2015, also would like to know more about PR backlinks.

This guy is offering 50 HIGH PR seo backlinks manually, is he only posting relevant comment over blog/wordpress sites which has Page rank more then 9?
I currently do own GSA,Scrapebox,GSA Captcha solva.
Any kind of suggestion, or video tutorial/Thread link which might lead me to learn this all is appreciated.
