Hi,

Just wanted to have you guys check out my progress of starting a social media management company in my area. I currently have 6 clients I charge 30$ a month with the follow/unfollow method and business consulting in their field free of charge (social media insights etc). I am planning on growing this to about 50 clients or so and I think it will be fun sharing the challenges/obstacles that I might reach along the way. Take care and hope you guys enjoy!

Hi sure,

So far I offered my services free of charge to influencers in my area.. then I created a flyer offering my services and my influencers are now sending me clients. I have actually rejected a few since I know they don't have their ducks in a row business wise so I would rather keep my reputation instead of taking on clients that are destined to fail anyways.

Think you're selling your services way to cheap.

50 clients a month at $30 a pop is $1500 quid. For the amount of work not worth the effort.

You sealed the deal with six at 50. I would aim to charge the next 6 $60 a pop.

think bigger kid I did this 4 years ago with actual businesses charging 500$ a month

Thanks for the comment, my running cost is nearly 0 as I was already using Jarvee for my physical business, this is just extra cash in pocket and a way to continue growing relationships with other local businesses.

I'm starting my clients off very slowly to avoid them getting any action blocks. Sometimes clients start to pressure me and say how come I'm not getting as many followers as XX but I just explain that it needs to be a slow process so that it appears to be more natural.

I want to know, will they not need you after one or two month? When they know enough.

Really am impressed, what method you following ?
