Is it still profitable to start own PTC website now?
And also i wasn't able to find any good ad networks for a ptc site.
Please give some suggestions for the ad network and also for the other necessary things.
Any help will be appreciated. _/\_

Ugh, I've never had any good experiences with ptc sites.

Just don't.

There're not many offers for Indians, plus you'll easily have to invest a few lakhs before you go profitable consider a micro niche site. Making a blog and amazon or cue link affliate. Plus you'll need a very strong script maker, and an exceptional host, dollar to RS conversion there's one hell of a process you need to have 1 - 3 years time plus 1 -3 lakhs to invest. Think very carefully.

Alternatively you can buy a content locker site, rank it up and sit back and make money, drive traffic and cash it out.

We're talking 2010 PTC right? I mean it would probably work, but if you can get this amount of activity you're better off selling shit.
Or are you planning to use bots?
